Surveys:
Aviation Safety Audit |
AviPro conducts confidential operational safety audits
which incorporate the management, flight operations and
engineering aspects of aviation contractors and corporate
aviation departments. Audits are conducted at the client's
primary operating facility and other locations as deemed
appropriate. Selected flights assessed as representative are
observed during the process.
AviPro
is an accredited
Aviation Safety Auditor in the HAI Platinum
Program of Safety. |
 |
A comprehensive questionnaire is completed by the aviation
organisation under audit. The results of the questionnaire
together with a detailed written report provide the client
with an objective appraisal of the levels of safety and
operational efficiency of that aviation organisation.
Scope
The audit
encompasses all aspects of the aviation organisation as they
relate to safety, with particular emphasis on standards and
training. It includes observation and analysis of the
following:
- Operational policies and
implementation
- Safety Management
- Flight Operations
- Aircraft Maintenance
- Airport Facilities
- Airport Support Equipment
- Security
Method
The AviPro team
is comprised of well qualified specialists. A meeting is
held with the client to discuss general operating policies
and to outline the evaluation process before beginning the
audit. During the audit confidential interviews are
conducted with persons at all levels of responsibility, and
equipment, facilities, procedures and practices are
carefully evaluated. The safety audit is conducted rapidly
and precisely with minimal disruption to the organisations
normal activities. |
|
Reports
After completing
the on-site audit, an oral briefing is given to the client
covering the preliminary findings and recommendations.
AviPro presents a written report to the client within 30
working days after completion of the onsite audit. |
 |
|
Confidentiality
The completed
report becomes the property of the client. Information
obtained during the aviation safety audits will not be
divulged to other parties without written consent of the
client. |
